Nicho Plowman is the co-founder of the world's #1 meditation app, Insight Timer, with 22 million active users worldwide.
He is a meditation teacher to some of the country's top CEOs and bosses. Nicho spent most of his 20s working at ESPN and signing major multi-million dollar media deals like the rights to the Superbowl. He was burning the candle at both ends and partying non-stop.
From there, he went on to run a sports betting tech company, raising millions over his time there while suffering chronic back pain, abusing drugs and alcohol and using meditation to try and keep it all at bay. At this time, he decided to overhaul his life completely, meditation had eased his pain and abated his vices, but he realised it could do even more than that; he saw it as the key to business success and balance.
And the proof is in the pudding, with the success of Insight Timer and his loyal corporate clientele that swear by his teachings for their personal and professional lives.
